    The Goal Attainment Program can help you envision, create, and achieve the type of life you want to experience. The initial focus of the program is on establishing personally valuable goals that provide a structure and clear focus. The remainder of the program is developing and implementing a plan to achieve your goals. You will learn to identify problematic patterns that interfere with your personal development. The the program will help you modify your behavioural, emotional, and thinking patterns to help you achieve your goals!


    The program helps you avoid that trap that many unhappy people fall into; specifically, unhappy people:

    • passively wait for something to make them happy
    • focus on how much better things are for other people
    • are insecure with themselves
    • are socially isolated
    • engage in negative thinking and limit themselves
